Dynavap has garnered quite a bit of goodwill with its fans over the years. Not only have they created some of the best dry herb vaporizers currently in the market but they also frequently treat customers with free Dynavap Ms.
These free Dynavap Ms are given out with the idea that they will be passed on to others. Therefore, they they were previously referred to as 'KarmaVaps' and the caps of these Ms come inscribed with text such as ‘For a Friend’ or ‘Karma’.
The KarmaVap tradition continues with heat-treated bronze or gold coloured Ms included free with purchases or as an add-on for roughly $5. These limited-edition coloured Dynavap Ms are called C-Vaps.
According to DynaVap, the ‘C’ in ‘C-Vap’ stands for ‘caring, compassion, community...or whatever that may be from you’. Some C-Vaps have a cap engraved with the C-Vap logo.
Posts on Reddit suggest that C-Vaps are made up of factory second Dynavap M components. As a result, C-Vaps often have parts from different M models. My own C-Vap has the following configuration:
- 2021 Cap
- 2018 Tip
- 2019 Stem
Some users have claimed that their C-Vaps don’t work as well as regular Ms due to them consisting of flawed parts. Complaints include the tips not retaining heat well and having restricted airflow. I seem to have lucked out though as my C-Vap doesn’t seem to have any obvious malformation or malfunction. It looks great and performs perfectly well.

ReplyDeleteNot sure if you are right about c vaps not working as good as regular m's because surprisingly my c vap with similar config as yours outperforms all of my other M's (2018,2019,2020,2021)
ReplyDeleteMine works absolutely fine too. However, I've seen some online complaints on reddit about some C-Vaps not performing up to par.
